🛍️ 1. Customized Jewelry Orders

All custom-made and personalized jewelry (including engraved or photo-based designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily assist with a replacement or repair.

📦 2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item was received damaged or faulty.

  • You received the wrong product or color.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Note: Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.

Customized or engraved items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged upon arrival.
